Doctor Who: The Creature From The Pit DVD Announced

2|entertain announced on Twitter yesterday that the 1979 Doctor Who story 'The Creature From The Pit', starring Tom Baker as the Doctor, has been commissioned for release on DVD.

The following DVD extras have been passed by the BBFC:

00:14:45:21 TEAM ERATO (DVD EXTRA)
00:04:48:13 THE CREATURE FROM THE PIT - PHOTO GALLERY (DVD EXTRA)
00:02:34:08 ANIMAL MAGIC (DVD EXTRA)

The DVD is expected to be released later this year.
