Doctor Who up for Bafta Nominations

Doctor Who has been nominated for three BAFTA Craft Awards in the Writer, Visual Effects and Fiction/Entertainment Editing categories. Due to take place on Sunday 17th May, the BAFTA Craft Awards recognise the people who work behind the camera and celebrates their talent.
Lead Writer and Executive Producer Russell T Davies has been nominated in the Writer category for Midnight. The episode sees the Doctor trapped and powerless as a terrifying knocking on the wall begins. This follows Steven Moffat's win last year in the same category for Series Three episode Blink.
In the Visual Effects category The Mill received a BAFTA nomination for their work on Doctor Who episode Fires of Pompeii.
The third Doctor Who BAFTA nomination is for the Editing Fiction/Entertainment category and goes to Philip Kloss for his work on the series.
This years ceremony marks the tenth anniversary of the BAFTA Craft Awards and will be hosted by Alexander Armstrong, also known as Mr Smith from The Sarah Jane Adventures, at the Hilton Hotel, London.
