Gareth David-Lloyd said at the Vortex Convention this weekend that Torchwood Children Of Earth will air around the second week of June.
The UKTV channel Watch put out a press release earlier today, saying they will re-run series 1 of Torchwood at 10pm from Monday 15th June and viewers will be able to see these old episodes just one hour after Children Of Earth has aired on BBC1.
So June 15th on BBC1 at 9pm, for five days looks very likely! This supports the date predication last week :)
