Karen Gillan In The Well

Before her appearance as the Doctor's new companion next year, Karen Gillan will star in a new teen drama 'The Well' for BBC Switch. The programme will be broadcast at Saturdays 12noon-2.00pm, in the autumn of 2009 during BBC Switch on BBC Two. There will be an extended version on on the BBC Switch website.

The action in The Well centres on a derelict building, which contains a long-forgotten well, the resting place of a dormant malevolent force. When the house changes owners and renovations begin, four teenage friends uncover the well and unwittingly unleash an old and restless spirit.
